– If you already have the highest plan, then you can reset your credits for the remainder of that month by paying a nominal one-time fee

It says someone replied but there is no massage. Do i need to leave a google review next so someone will contact me. I will also send all of this to the better business bureau. Its been over two weeks now between this ticket and the other one

I explained that every time i fixed something, then fixed something Elsa it would turn the other back red again, over and over, taking credits etch time i went back and fixed it. This caused all credits to be used up. So i asked for a refund of credits. But they refunded my money. I bought it again and it has not worked. Saying all credits are used even after purchasing it again
