To remove the sitename, head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Posts/Pages > Single Post Title > Remove %sitename% variable from the title.

I can check that the site name is longer added to the title.
If you are concerned about the search results, you will have to wait for Google to crawl the site again and decide to show the new title in the SERPs.

The title tag of your website is controlled by the Titles & Meta settings in our plugin which can be found under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta.
You can also change the default title of the website directly from WordPress by going to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General.
