Help in soving problem with server error 403:

    Dear Guys.
    I need urgently help, cause I am a beginner in using word press an its plugins. This is actually my very first beginning to set up rankmath settings. In the general settings Ican not change some issues. Every time i tried, i got the message on the screen:” server error 403, you don’t have permission to acces this document.” Right under these words are placed 3 buttons with suggestions for me how to deal with that case(problem). I’ve tested all 3 of it, but nothing happened, the problem still remains there.
    What can I really do to get acces for changing this item in the general rankmath settings.Please help me!

    Hello Rakibuzzaman. Thank you for helping me! Please explain, what is a “MOD SECURITY” that i should check in contact with my webhost. Sorry , butI am really, really,really new such plugins for myword press cms!!!!! Ihave just even started to build up my own website, and of course Iam the webmaster therefore, for my project. Could this problem exist, because of that i am using the freeversion?

    Hello,

    The modsec or Mod Security is a server firewall that can block processes on your website, including Rank Math’s.

    You can ask your web host to check if that feature or option is enabled on your site to verify if that is the culprit of the error you are getting.

    Also, you should not face that 403 issue even if you’re using the free plugin of Rank Math.
