    Hello,

Thank you for getting back to us.

At the moment we can only guide you since we do not have the credentials to your Google service account which you are using to create this service account.

If you do not mind we may want to check into how you have set it up, perhaps you can share your Google account credentials in the sensitive data section for us to check.

Also do remove the 2 step verification to avoid issues while logging in. See here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/1064203?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en

We are looking forward to helping you.
    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for getting back to us.

I have just tried to log in to your Google account but it seems like you have still activated the Google 2 step authentication. See Screenshot:https://i.rankmath.com/2CL3ba

Due to that, it is impossible to log in and check your issue here.

Please choose another convenient method of authentication or remove it so we can check.

Hope this helps. We are looking forward to helping you more.
    Thank you

You mean, I should Logout first?

    Hello,

Thanks for getting back to us.

My colleague was referring to the fact that when Google doesn’t recognize a device it asks for another form of authentication to make sure that the person trying to log in is not someone ill-intended.

Looking at the login it seems like you have a Huawei Y6 associated with your account and you should be receiving some notifications of people trying to access that account, which is our support staff but unfortunately, we can’t access it while that feature is in place.

You could disable that feature temporarily for us to check the website like so: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/1064203?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en&oco=0

Hope this helps clarify your doubts.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    OK, I am logging out.

    Already log out

    Hello,

    Thank you for the follow-up.

Could you please confirm if you have followed my colleague’s advice above to turn off the 2 Factor Authentication?

Also, upon logging in, I’ve got an error that the password was changed 2 hours ago. Please update the information in the sensitive data section to continue investigating.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for getting back to us.

The instructions we shared with you have worked with many of our users so it could be that you may have missed a single step during the process.

For us to be in a position to help you we would need to access the Google account to be able to check how you have set up your service account here.

We have tried logging in severally but there seems to be a 2 step verification that requires your authorization. To avoid this you can disable it temporarily by following the steps linked here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/1064203?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en&oco=0.

(Not Logging Out but removing the 2-step verification)

Do let us know once you make an update on this change.

We are looking forward to helping you.
    Thank you.

I have managed to turn it off the 2 step verification part
