It looks like the JSON key is missing inside your plugin. Upload the Service Account JSON key file you obtained from Google API Console.

This should be the service ID that should be linked to your property in GSC. Could you please check if you are linking this service account to the correct property of your GSC?
Also, you may want to recreate the service account with the correct Google services account and then try to link it to the GSC as a property owner.
