We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
Both the logins were different. The SEO box was showing for the “rucXXXai” user but not for the other user because you must have unchecked the option inside the “screen option.” The issue seems to be fixed now. Could you please check it on your end?
