We were able to access your sitemap on https://www.teamates.sk/sitemap_index.xml and it shows correctly.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

3. Apply the following filter code to your site.

add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

After that, remove all your sitemaps from your Google Search Console and resubmit only the primary one (sitemap_index.xml).

Regarding the Meta Description. When using the site: operator in Google Search, we notice that the correct Meta Description comes up. We also tested using our Meta Tag Analyzer.

However, as shown in your screenshot, when you just search for the site name without the operator, it shows a different Meta Description. The cause of this may be Google rewriting your Meta Description for the SERPs. We have shared a link to a KB article explaining this.
