I’ve checked your posts in the sitemap, and they seem to be opening fine. The Arabic fonts change due to the character encoding in the browser.
The symbols you see are how browsers process non-Latin characters and will not affect your SEO. If you want check that the symbols are giving the correct URL, you can use a tool like https://www.url-encode-decode.com/
This is done so all browsers and crawlers can understand your URL correctly, and there is nothing to worry about as the URLs will work fine.
You can click the links and they will open the post fine.
