Please check with your theme provider about how they are adding the H1 tags to your homepage.
Since each theme is different, we do not know how your theme provider has chosen to do it.
It is mostly in the index.php file of your theme.

I checked your page and you ave 21 <h2> tags. Most of them are from your product titles. You can edit your page and remove some of the tags.
Please note that the checklist is just a guideline. You don’t have to follow it religiously and you can safely ignore some of the checks if they don’t seem to apply to you page.
