I have been able to replicate the issue on your site, I have added the below CSS fix on the custom CSS section of your site:
body.admin-bar.et_fixed_nav #main-header{
top: 32px!important;
}

Hi Micheal, Thanks for that although it hasn’t fixed the issue completely.
I can see the navigation header now, but I still only see a blank black area above that where the admin bar should be.
In fact, The admin bar seems to be showing BELOW the footer in a text list format?
Just another note.. It only seems to be having this issue with the index page.
Any other page on the site works fine and displays the header and admin bar without issues.
I have also cloned the front page to a test page and even that works fine. But when it is loaded as the index page it fails.

Thanks for the follow up.
The issue appears to be theme related, I have deactivated Rank Math and cleared the cache but the issue is still reproduced.
