I am sorry but is the issue from Rank Math or the other HowTo Block plugin you are using?
Please note that the HowTo Block from Rank Math works only with the Gutenberg Block Editor. It might work with Elementor but it is a hit or miss as we have not officially ported the block to Elementor.

The text string is being enclosed by double quotes which also happen to be the same used to define the step content class. While analyzing the code, it may seem the string <div class= is by itself and rank-math-step-content is not enclosed by any quotes.

I havn’t added Rankmath how to schema on that particular page. Then why it is showing there. How can I block rank math to editing in that code.

The rank math classes seem to have been added to some steps and not on others. I removed the divisions on the page by editing the page on elementor and then on the individual steps, checking the text version instead of the visual. This seems to have resolved the issue with your HowTo markup. Please check and confirm.

To do this, just go to the page with your how to block and Edit with Elementor. Scroll in Elementor page and select your how-to-schema. You can then see the schema options on the Elementor content pane. Select on one of the steps and view the text version. If there are any rankmath classes added to the steps, you will see them there, here is a screencast to help you: https://i.rankmath.com/ahZAUP
