Yes, you can exclude specific domains from being noFollow.
As you’ve already enabled NoFollow External Links, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Links > NoFollow Exclude Domains, and add the domains you want to exclude from noFollow.
Please be advised that you only need to put the domain (without HTTP/HTTPS) in the textbox in order to exclude a specific domain.
