Both using HELLO theme and the ispector show the folloeing line

In the first site, Rank Math see the H1 tag, in the second not show e resulte that the site haven’t H1 tags.
This is the situation in others sites.

Assuming you’re referring to the H1 test in the SEO Analysis, we perform that test on the homepage of the website. That is, if an H1 tag is found on the homepage, the test is passed.
I checked the homepage of both your websites but was unable to find an H1 tag in the source of the second website. Please have a look at this screencast for a quick reference: https://i.rankmath.com/nXuXd7
I did notice that an H1 tag is shown when searching using the inspect element but that tag is not rendered in the source code of the website. You can add an actual H1 tag to the homepage of the second website to pass the test. You can also get in touch with Elementor support regarding this as to why the tag is not added to the source of the website.
