Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I have downloaded the plugin.
How can I check if this problem still exists as the only place I am seeing it is in GTMetrix.
With all themes and plugins disabled in troubleshooting mode, GTMetrix still shows the same problem but I would expect it to as that is testing the live site.

I have updated Rank Math this morning and now notice in GTMetrix that Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are both loading. Could I please have some clarification if Rank Math is loading this? and what to do about it.

Please check if the following option is turned on:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-options-general#setting-panel-analytics
That is the only way for the Rank Math plugin to add the code on your website.

Yes it is selected. It’s a bit odd as this was never selected before. It’s only since the last update that I’ve noticed any problems.
