If you see that the discovered URLs are still zero in that plugin that is another validation of our statement where we say that those have been discovered via other methods on your website.
Unless there’s a fundamental crawling issue, there’s nothing to worry about the links discovered via the sitemap if the URLs are already on SERPs.

In the situation where the sitemap shows 0 discovered URLs, we have already explained that this happens when the URLs on the sitemap are discovered via methods other than the sitemap.
Regarding the other error, this is caused by caching of the sitemap, and to fix that please follow these steps:
1. Flush the sitemap by following this tutorial: https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
2. Make sure that you exclude your sitemap from being cached by following this tutorial: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

I refreshed the permalinks and changed the number in rank math. I completed the exludes process on the Litespeed cache side. But the problem persists…

I checked the sitemap, it is excluded from caching.
Discovered URLs 0 that you see in Google Search Console just means that the URLs in the sitemap were already found by Googlebot by other means, instead of via the sitemap. For example, Googlebot may have found the URLs from internal links or possibly from links on another site.
There is nothing to be worried about.
