GSC showing soft 404 to one of my sitemap url. And sitemap is not updating onlu for category. I have 3 category and when I click on sitemap >> then click on category sitemap its only showing 1 category instead of 3 categories. Please help thanks, I submitted sitemap in robot.txt + turn off on sitemap under rankmath option but nothing happens. Website is also crawled and some of pages are also indexed but I want my all 3 categories in under https://domain/category-sitemap.xml

Could you please share your sitemap URL so we can check from our end ?
You should also check the categories that are not included and ensure they are set to index in Rank math meta box under the advanced tab:
Once done, make sure your sitemap is up to date by following these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
