Hello,
I’m sorry to hear about the redirect errors you are experiencing on your WordPress site, causing issues with crawling and indexing in Google Search Console. It’s frustrating when everything seems to be set up correctly, but errors still occur.
Based on the information you provided, it seems like you have already checked the setup, including ensuring that the affected pages are included in the sitemap and that the homepage destination is indexed without any errors. Since you suspect it might be a caching issue and have cleared and reloaded the cache, it’s a good step to rule out potential caching-related problems.
If the issue persists even after clearing the cache and requesting new validation, there might be other underlying causes for the redirect errors in GSC. It could be related to how the redirects are implemented or other technical aspects of your website.
To further investigate and resolve the redirect errors, I recommend checking the following:
-
Check Redirect Implementations: Verify that the redirects are correctly set up in your website’s configuration. Ensure that there are no conflicting rules or unexpected behaviors causing the redirect errors.
-
Inspect Redirect Chains: Look into any possible redirect chains that might be affecting the crawling and indexing of the affected pages. Redirect chains can sometimes lead to issues with search engine bots following the correct path.
-
Review Recent Changes: Even if you haven’t made direct changes to the affected pages, consider any recent updates or modifications to plugins, themes, or server configurations that might indirectly impact the redirects.
If you continue to experience difficulties resolving the redirect errors in GSC, please feel free to reply to this ticket. Our support team will be more than happy to assist you further in diagnosing and addressing the issue.
Thank you for reaching out, and we appreciate your patience as we work towards resolving this matter for you.
Best regards.

Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
We have checked your site, and you have those 2 URLs created as Pages on your site.
However, you have created 2 redirects for those URLs in Rank Math redirections. Could you please confirm if they should redirect or should open as a normal page?
If those pages should redirect to your homepage, then you won’t need to do anything as they are redirecting fine.

Looking forward to helping you.
Yes, that is correct. Both pages redirect to the homepage. The only issue is why they are both throwing redirect errors in GSC and can’t be crawled.
Both statuses in GSC are “Redirect Errors”, not “Pages with Redirect” to be clear.
Hello,
Thank you for confirming.
Those URLs are redirecting properly to your homepage.
Also, since they are already intentionally redirected, they shouldn’t be crawled and indexed.
You should use the URL inspection tool of your GSC account to check those URLs and view their referring page where are they coming from.
Once you know their referring page, you can unlink or remove it so Google won’t discover it.
Then, please clear your website’s cache, revalidate the issue in your Google Search Console account, and give Google some time to recrawl your site.
Hope that helps.
