Greyed out Title, Meta information

    Hi

    I have a really weird problem. I have an SEO editor who is cleaning up some WordPress posts for me. We use Divi in case that matters and all has been fine for me. However when this other user logs in – the Meta Title, Description under the RankMath section on a post (after clicking Edit Snippet) is greyed out. He cannot type in the boxes. I upgraded him to Admin from Editor thinking that was it – but no difference. He has cleared his caches, used incognito mode etc. But nothing works. My last test was him logging in using my login details and same issue. So its not user based. The role manager says Admins and Editors have full access to everything. Cannot work it out.

    Both of the accounts work normally for me. Please ask your SEO editor to ensure that they are running the latest version of their current web browser.
    The editor can also try to check whether the issue can be reproduced from a different browser.
