    So I’ve checked the SearchAction in my source code and it exists. However, when I run Google’s Rich Results Test, I get an error as “Not all markup is eligible for rich results”.

    What do I need to do to resolve this?

  • Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    I’ve checked your site and it seems that the error is pointing to //schema.org which by default is https://schema.org. This error is usually due to a plugin or your theme minifying the schema mark up, given that our JSON-LD is already minified by default.

    In this case, you can determine this issue by following the steps in the link below:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

    I will if my site works but seems like RankMath has created another issue. When I try to access my website, I receive below error message:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function is_cart() in /homepages/19/d817056573/htdocs/app817056809/wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/includes/class-post.php:176 Stack trace: #0 /homepages/19/d817056573/htdocs/app817056809/wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/includes/frontend/paper/class-paper.php(548): RankMath\Post::is_woocommerce_page() #1 /homepages/19/d817056573/htdocs/app817056809/wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/includes/replace-variables/class-post-variables.php(478): RankMath\Paper\Paper::should_apply_shortcode() #2 /homepages/19/d817056573/htdocs/app817056809/wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/includes/replace-variables/class-post-variables.php(343): RankMath\Replace_Variables\Post_Variables->get_post_content(Object(stdClass)) #3 /homepages/19/d817056573/htdocs/app817056809/wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/includes/replace-variables/class-post-variables.php(59): RankMath\Replace_Variables\Post_Variables->get_excerpt() #4 /homepages/19/d817056573/htdocs/app817056809/wp-content/plugins/seo-b in /homepages/19/d817056573/htdocs/app817056809/wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/includes/class-post.php on line 176

    Hello,

    Thank you for following up.

    The is_cart() function is defined in the WooCommerce plugin, and before using it we check if the plugin is active on the site.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    Please let us know if you find the culprit.

    Only the site admin would know, and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Thank you. and looking forward to helping you.

    I removed RankMath and used Yoast for a few days. Then I deactivated Yoast and activated RankMath again. It is now working.
