Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over how images in the SERP results are displayed and Google displays them as per their will and it mostly depends on the keyword search term.
You can try adding relevant ALT text to the featured image.

I had yoast SEO before than rank math and I didn’t have this issue.
Actually this issue is only for some posts so it’s not an ALT problem.

It is completely up to Google to decide which image from your post they decide to show in the search results. However, I can check that there are multiple Schemas being added to your posts by your theme or some other plugin. That also includes the duplicate Article Schema and that Schema doesn’t contain information about the primaryImage of the post.

Disable the duplicate Schema and wait for Google to crawl your posts again.

How can I add a primary image to the Article schema? IS it the schema I selected in RankMath?

You can add the featured image to add the Primary Image.
However, I tested both the pages using Google’s Rich Results testing tool, and the duplicate schema is now removed and the only warning remaining in the Article schema is Missing field “url”.
To fix this, please make sure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math: https://rankmath.com/changelog/
Further, please edit the post and hit the update button.
Once done, you can clear your website’s cache and test the URL again on: https://search.google.com/test/rich-results

That warning is about the author, so it is not related to the image.

As I mentioned in my previous reply, other than Missing field “url”, there are no warnings shown on both the URLs that you’ve shared. That is, no warning related to the (primary) image is shown.
You can have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section for a quick reference.
The primary image is picked from the featured image of the post. So if you’re getting that error for another post/page, then you can set the featured image to fix the issue.
The Missing field “url” is indeed related to the author schema and I’ve suggested the fix for this warning in my previous reply.
