    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

If you want, we could take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Your sitemaps are now working fine for me. Could you check them again?

    Looking forward to help you.

Alberto, yes: when I enter the sitemap in a browser I get what looks like a good result but see attached video…

Hi – is there an update on this problem?

    Hello,

Do you have any more details under the General Http Error message you got in the Google Search Console?

    Looking forward to help you.

    Nope.

    Hello,

Could you please check the last read date on that sitemap?

If it from a few days ago, it is possible that there was an issue at the time Google last crawled your sitemap but it is working fine now as confirmed by this 3rd party website:

Let us know if the crawl date is very recent

resubmitted today 18th Sep. Same result.

I’ll be reinstalling SEO Press unless this can get resolved, which would be a shame as Bhanu is such a great guy….

    Hello,

From the screencast you provided I noted you are submitting your sitemap without removing the existing one. The recommended practice is to first remove the submitted sitemap(s) the resbmitting the main sitemap file. This will force Google to crawl and fetch your sitemap again.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi… I tried that already.
No one tried to login and take a closer look.

I have uninstalled rankMath on all my sites.

    You can close this ticket.

    Regards

    Jim
