Yes, I’ve tried with and without SG Optimiser in place and SaveD permalinks twice….
Any advice?

Could you please check the last read date on that sitemap?
If it from a few days ago, it is possible that there was an issue at the time Google last crawled your sitemap but it is working fine now as confirmed by this 3rd party website:
Let us know if the crawl date is very recent
