  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue with your search results. It sounds like there might be a redirection problem on your website.

To fix this issue, you can use the Rank Math plugin to add a 301 redirect from the non-canonical URL to the canonical URL. This will tell Google (and other search engines) that the canonical URL is the main URL, and that any traffic going to the non-canonical URL should be redirected to the canonical version.

Here’s how you can do it:

    1. Go to the Rank Math > Redirections in your WordPress admin dashboard.
    2. Create a 301 redirect by entering the URL you wish to redirect as your Source URL and the location of the new resource as the Destination URL.
    3. Click the Add Redirection button, and Google should re-index the page with the new canonical URL.

If you have a lot of URLs that need to be redirected, you can also add them in bulk. You can learn more about bulk 301 redirects in WordPress here.

Once you’ve fixed the problem, Google should re-index your pages, and your traffic should return to normal levels.

If you need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to our support team directly from here, and we’re always here to help.

    I hope this helps!

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting support.

For us to debug the redirection please share the exact URL that appears on SERPs and it’s currently getting redirected.

When we search for the keywords we shared, we don’t see your website appear so the results you are seeing are likely local results.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

This is not a redirection issue. The 3 Best Flatuna Drops Uses in Marathi is mentioned in the Recent Posts section of https://littleoneshealth.com/mr/surfactant-therapy-in-marathi/, and Google is picking that up and ranking it for the keyword. It means that your real post for the keyword is not ranking for it.

You will have to work on optimizing the content of the post for the keyword and overall SEO of your site to rank the correct posts for the keywords.

Here are a few resources I think you will find useful while devising an SEO strategy.

when i update posts it shows SEO Notice: A previously published term has been moved to trash. You may redirect https://littleoneshealth.com/?taxonomy=term_translations&term=pll_658b8a747a6d6 to a new url.
redirects to redirections page of rankmath

    i have updated sensitive data.

please help me out of this as my traffic is decreasing.

    Hello,

This SEO Notice cannot cause any issues with your SEO. The notice is just letting you know that a post, page, term, etc has been deleted (by you or a plugin), you can ignore the notice if it is not useful.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation

    Hello,

The notice is for the term (tag or categories) that has moved to the trash, not for the posts.

Please note that Rank Math automatically shows this notice whenever you delete a term on your website and you might want to create a redirection from it to preserve the traffic that was going to it.

Also, our plugin only shows the notice when a term has been moved to the trash, but it doesn’t move it to the trash.

You can simply dismiss the notification by clicking the X button if you don’t want to redirect the URLs.

However, if the notice keeps showing, please head over to Rank Math> Status & Tools > Database Tools and remove transients.

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.

i have done remove transients but no improvement. The notice is just letting you know that a post, page, term, etc has been deleted (by you or a plugin) how to find out plugin causing it ? when i search keywords of my site i get category links in my search results not exact post i like to search.

    Hello,

If your categories are showing up in the SERPs for the keyword, it means they are ranking higher than the actual posts. You will have to work on optimizing the content of the posts to rank them higher in the SERPs. You can follow the guides I shared previously: https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/google-search-result-is-redirecting-to-other-post/?view=all#post-708708

For the issue with the notice, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

I think the problem is due to conflict between polylang and rankmath plugin. how to solve it ?

    Hello,

Can you please share some more details about the conflict you’re facing on your website between Polylang and the Rank Math plugins? If you’re referring to the SEO notice, it shouldn’t be a conflicting issue. The notice should be dismissed by clicking the X button.

However, if it is not working, please share your WordPress and FTP logins in the sensitive data section so that we can check the issue further for you.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
