It seems like your sitemap is getting cached. Please follow these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

Previously I had an issue with my sitemap and I contacted your customer care support then he asked for my login details to fix the issue for me. He finally fixed the sitemap issue by doing all those changes. Until recently, this sitemap issue started that there is an error with my sitemap meaning there is no URL in the sitemap.

I have checked and validated your sitemap. And also noticed in the source code of the sitemap that Rank Math generated the sitemap properly. Please check the URL and screenshot in the sensitive data section. There is no issue with the sitemap.
Please check if you have a static file with the same name as your sitemap file (sitemap_index.xml) in your website’s root directory. Rank Math’s sitemaps are generated virtually. If so, please delete the file and check if the sitemap is working fine.

I don’t have any file having the same name as the sitemap. This is what Google Search Console is saying.
Please if you want I can give you my login details in the private ticket so that you check it for me. But you must give me your country so that I whitelist it in Cloudflare.

I checked the sitemap, it is returning a blank page.
Also, checked the sitemap URLs with this tool, two variations of the sitemap are returning 200 OK Status.
Please ensure that only 1 version of the sitemap is working (200 status), and the rest are redirecting to it. You can also use this tool to check. Please follow the steps in this link:
https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/#5-check-for-the-correct-version-of-the-sitemap and redirect to the correct version.
Once done, resubmit the sitemap_index.xml in the Search Console.

Please I have done the troubleshoot and I found no mistake on my WordPress Rank Maths Dashboard. Please give me your country so that I whitelist it on Cloudflare and give you my login details so that you can check it for me maybe am missing something.

Please confirm that the Google Search Console (GSC) property that you submitted the sitemap to is the non-www version (without ‘www’ in the URL) Your website is set to use the version without www. The www version of the sitemap will cause errors unless you change the main version of your website to ‘www’ also.
