Hi, My domain is registered with Google Domain. So, my domain is automatically verified on GSC when I was bought. Now, I use www subdomain. And GSC shows me domain property (without www). My domain is nutritioncrown.com.

So, what to do? Should I have to delete nutritioncrown.com property from GSC and then add http://www.nutritioncrown.com?

Or nutritioncrown.com is fine to use?

And what property should I use from RankMath setup wizard?

    Please clear my doubts.

    Thanks.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

You should only verify the correct version of your site URL with GSC. You should then redirect other version of your URL to you verified version, in this case to the WWW version of your URL. Here is a an article you can check to guide you: https://tribulant.com/docs/hosting-domains/hosting/9867/redirecting-to-www-or-non-www/ specifically under the topic Using .htaccess to Redirect to www or non-www

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Hi, thanks for your reply. But I want to use www. ANd I have configured everything with www. My only question is when configuring RankMath wizard (GSC) I’m seeing two versions. One is without www and another is with www.

If I select www version, should I have to delete without www version from GSC?

    Hello?

    Hello,

Thank you for the follow up.

If you wish to use the WWW version, yes you should remove the non-www version from your GSC. You can then redirect all your URLs to the WWW version of your site as shown here: https://www.siteground.com/kb/how_to_redirect_nonwww_urls_to_www/

Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know. Thank you.
