  • Hello Hildy,

Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

We do not have access to anything on your website.

Seems like you added us as a subscriber.

We need admin access to check the issue:

We look forward to helping you.

Yes, I see that. My apologies. I have reset the access as “administrator.” Thank you for your patience.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

It looks like the temporary login link has already expired, would you mind generating a new access token?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Yes, I have updated the temporary login.
    Thank you,

Sorry for the late reply due to the Christmas holiday.

Seems the login has expired again.

Please update it for at least one week so we can help you better.

As of today (12/27) It says there are three days remaining. Nevertheless, I will update it for a week.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for the follow-up.

That’s quite odd as I can’t seem to access the page using that link.

Kindly confirm the same so that I may be able to log in and try to help.

Hope to hear from you soon.

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

I’ve updated the link (see Sensitive Data). See if that helps.

    Hi Hildy,

Are you sure you have used the same account to “authorize” the Search Console that has been listed as an owner of your website in Google Search Console?

It is a very common mistake and you can verify by logging into your Google Search Console with the same account you used to authorize GSC inside Rank Math. If you see the domain there, please add as an owner so we can check this in more detail.

    Thank you.

Good job, Todd! That’s exactly what the problem was. I have two gmail accounts and Google Search Console is not under my website email like I thought it was or like it should be, rather it was under my personal email. When I made the change, my website appeared in the drop down box on the SEO Settings/Search Console page.

Is there anything else I need to do going forward?

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

I am glad that this did the trick, I think you are now set!

Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
