    Rank Math free

    Hi there,

We have been running an RankMath for our SEO and even though all the relevant fields inside products are populated, but google search is still complaining about missing fields.

Here is an example of the URL:

    https://findmedeals.online/dell-inspiron-14-5406-2-in-1-laptop-14-fhd-touch-intel-i7-1165g7-512gb-ssd-8gb/

Missing field ‘image’ (optional) – Image of product is already there – We are using External Products in WooCommerce.
Missing field ‘brand’ (optional) – Already there
    Missing field ‘aggregateRating’ (optional)

No global identifier provided (e.g. gtin, mpn, isbn) (optional) – Already there.

We would highly appreciate your assistance in this regards.

(Images in Sitemaps) and (Include Featured Images) are already turned On.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

I’ve checked your product using Google’s Rich Results test, and it seems that one of your plugins or the theme you are using is generating another product schema for your site.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

For your sitemap showing 0 images, please follow these initial troubleshooting steps to clear your sitemap cache:

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/xXXhDt

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

I hope that helps, and let us know if the issue still persists.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

Thanks for your response, we did find that CTX Feed was overriding the WooCommerce Schema, and now some of the products that doesnt have reviews are giving warning in Google Search Console. (Missing field ‘aggregateRating’)

Is there anyway to add a custom static ratings only to those products that doesn’t have real user reviews so that it can pass the Google Search Console warnings?

for instance IF (PRODUCT A) doesn’t have any rating then add this?

    Hello,

    Thank you for the follow-up.

You can use the KK Star rating plugin or other rating plugins that add the aggregateRating to your schema to achieve that.

However, those are just warnings and it is optional to have you the aggregateRating, so I would recommend for them to be filled by acquiring some reviews and ratings from your products.

    I hope that helps.

Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.
