Google Search Console Error

    Hello,

    I submitted sitemap index to Google Search Console three weeks ago and got “Submitted URL seems to be a Soft 404” error on 4 page links.

    Then I applied for “Validation” and only 1 page link validated out of 4 while others are pending in validation state.

    I have total 54 pages on my website and current status of Google Search Console is:

    Error (3 Pages) “Submitted URL seems to be a Soft 404”

    Valid (49 Pages)

    Excluded (2 Pages)

    How can I shift error and excluded pages to valid?

    I checked the URLs you provided:
    1. For the soft 404 error, it is likely because your page seems to have very thin content. Please check this Google article on Soft 404s to understand how this is determined. To fix this you will have to add content to those pages.

    2. Your excluded URLs seem to be set to index and Google is still excluding them. Please note that Google can exclude your URLs for a variety of reasons.
