    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Rank Math takes the schema data from your product pages automatically and turns it into Schema-ready content. Likewise, the aggregateRating and review fields are taken from your actual product reviews that your buyers/customers leave on your products.

    If you don’t have any reviews yet, that is going to show up as a warning in the schema testing tool. That’s because Google will actually look for those fields.

    Please acquire some reviews and ratings to get rid of the aggregateRating and review warnings.

    You can fix the SKU and availability issue easily as well:

    To fix the brand warning, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce and choose from any of the available fields to use as your product’s brands.

    Brand Value

    If you want to use a custom value for your Brands, you can do that by using the following code in your theme’s functions.php file:

    // Add Brand for Products.
    add_filter( 'rank_math/snippet/rich_snippet_product_entity', function( $entity ) {
    $entity['brand'] = 'Rank Math';
    return $entity;
    });

    Replace the “Rank Math” text with your actual brand name then run your website through the Structured Data Testing tool once again.

    We have an option to select Global identifier in the PRO plugin, for now you can use this plugin to add the missing information to your product pages:

    Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the information. I am slightly confused.

    I do not also use woocomerce for my wp website, rather WP simple pay and use the plugin to host my stripe checkout.

    what do I need to do from here, is it the same?

    Neel

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    Because you are not using WooCommerce you’ll need to add all the product information in your schema manually by using our Product schema.

    Here’s a quick video showing how you can add the schema and fill in all the necessary information: https://i.rankmath.com/h7Z7r6

    We can only detect the fields and fill the schema data automatically if you are using WooCommerce in conjunction with the WooCommerce Product schema.

    Hope this clarifies your doubts.

    Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

    this doesn’t clarify as the video shows the user going into woocomerce and making the changes. I do not use the platform woocomerce. Where do I access your product schema?

    Neel

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    You can access the Product schema from the Schema tab in the SEO Meta Box on your product listings. Although the video shows the WooCommerce products it’s the same process for any other page and you should be able to see the same box in your products as well.

    In case you don’t see that, make sure that you have the following setting enabled under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > [CPT Name for Products]
    SEO meta box

    Just a reminder that this tab is in the same box where you edit the product metadata and add the focus keywords.

    Hope this helps solve your issue.

    Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

    I cannot see the section: [CPT Name for Products]

    if I click on posts and within that, I have a toggle box called, “add SEO meta box” which is already on but I don’t think this is what you are referring to.

    Hello,

    I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the follow-up, and sorry for the delay.

    Could you please also share the affected URL for that error message? I’m checking your posts/pages but I’m unable to see any errors with your schema mark up.

    Looking forward to your update.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the follow-up, and sorry for the delay.

    I’ve checked the URL you have provided using Google’s Rich Results test, and it seems that it is already working fine.

    Those schema markup errors normally show in your product pages. Since you’re only getting them in your Google Search Console account, could you please try removing all your sitemaps and resubmit your main sitemap only /sitemap_index.xml then give Google some time to recrawl your website?

    I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

    Hello,

    thanks for the reply. I have resubitted – in the coverage section I have the following:
    Details
    Status Type Validation Trend Pages
    Error Submitted URL marked ‘noindex’
    
    Started
    6
    Error Submitted URL not found (404)
    
    Started
    1

    However: sitemaps status is success – status.

    So I am not too sure.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the follow-up, and sorry for the delay.

    Could you please check the affected URLs if they are really set to noindex? You can follow this link for more information:

    You can also share the affected URLs for us to further check this issue on your GSC.

    I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
