I checked your website and it seems that the hreflang including the canonical URL is properly been added.
The meta description is also showing the correct language as you can see in my screenshot in the Sensitive Data section.
It could be that Google hasn’t indexed your SK website yet. I would suggest checking on this via your Google Search Console and see if there’s any error there.

I tried to index the page in second language with suffix “?lang=sk” manually, however Google Search Console shows information, that “the page is not in index, but it is not an error”. It looks like the indexing was successful, but Google does not want to show the page in the search results.

Since there are no issues, you will have to wait for Google to crawl the URLs again and decide to index them. Please note that it is completely up to Google if they want to index or not index your website. So, if you haven’t willingly or accidentally made your posts noindex and Google still isn’t indexing your page – it means that either Google doesn’t want to index or hasn’t crawled your page yet because it hasn’t allocated that much crawl budget to your website.
