I have checked that the errors are not appearing anymore. Please note that it is entirely upto Google to determine how the SERP results will look like for your site.
I would suggest that you wait until the Google bots crawl your site next, please note that the Indexing API plugin does not affect the way the search results will be represented for your site.

Indexing Api plugin make google bots to crawl faster right? As I can see when I published post it started to appear within 15 minute in google search. So, is there settings in Rankmath plugin that can help to get sitelink appear on search result? Because erlier Sitelink were appear and now only they don’t appear. What can be the reason that suddenly they disappear?

Hi,
As my colleague mentioned, it is not possible for the indexing API plugin to remove your sitelinks. Those are completely controlled by Google.
It might be a mere case of coincidence.
With that said, please feel free to disable the indexing API plugin if you believe that is causing some issue on your website. As we mention on the post, it is meant only for live stream websites and job posting portals.
