When I go here: https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly and put my URL it fails. Any ideas why? See sensitive data below for URL.
Cheers!

I get this error: https://screenshot.click/24-23-pmlk9-621gk.jpg
I’ve confirmed with my host, Kinsta.com that all looks good on their end.
The host (Kinsta.com) has confirmed these have updated the code here: https://screenshot.click/24-37-t6qf1-kufzz.jpg
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Which URL(s) in your site is/are affected? Also, I saw you are using the plugin Social Warfare with Rank Math and you shouldn’t since Rank Math already adds the social meta data.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hi,
Please go here: https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly
Then c/p my home page URL: https://ecommercefastlane.com
You’ll then see the error that Google is unable to crawl.
Looking here: https://ecommercefastlane.com/robots.txt seems normal.
Thank you for assisting.
Steve
Hello,
Your robots.txt is not blocking Google bot that’s for sure, you can test your URL with this tool: https://technicalseo.com/tools/robots-txt/ to confirm that, use
Googlebot Smartphone
I checked further and it seems if Googlebot is allowed to crawl your site but
Googlebot Smartphone
is blocked, here is a screencast to clarify this: https://i.rankmath.com/5Yjd27. You can test your URL here to check the status: https://httpstatus.io/ with different bots. Here is a guide to fix 403 forbidden errors: https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/what-is-403-forbidden-error-and-how-to-fix-it
Hope this helps you. Let us know if you have any further questions
Hi,
Here’s a few replies from my hosting company Kinsta.com
—–
So I wasn’t able to find anything on our logs that would indicate a 403 status on the robots.txt file and I dig into all of the available logs on our servers.
Its likely an issue on the site itself or a different plugin causing it in that case.
So, from what I was able to gather nothing on our logs shows a server triggered 403, which means it’s coming from a plugin’s end at this point.
I’d suggest reviewing with your developer. They will be better suited to helping you with this issue as this is ultimately outside of the scope of support that we are able to offer. They will be better able to review your site and attempt to find these issues and work with you to fix them.
If you would like to find some recommendations on good developers that have worked with Kinsta before you can check out our partners page.https://kinsta.com/partners
From there I would recommend PluginsLab through Codeable for general development work (https://codeable.io/developers/marcel-schmitz-pluginslab) and WPBullet (https://wp-bullet.com) for optimization specific work.

So based on this above what are the next steps? Hiring someone is not budgeted.
Would adding your AMP extension help the Googlebot for mobile crawl the site better?
For content, I used to have Yoast plugin with with an AMP plugin on the past but have since deleted and not just use RankMath.
Cheers!

Hello,
We can try and see what we can do from our end. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
