  • Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    I’ve checked your homepage using Google’s Rich Results test, and you have missing required properties from your schema. Please make sure that you have filled these sections

    SoftwareApp Schema

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you.

    (1) why is reqired to fill it out – it should be empty from my site
    (2) If you take a look at the web site source, you will see following lines
    <meta name=”twitter:card” content=”summary_large_image” />
    <meta name=”twitter:title” content=”Aufgabensteuerung Virtuelle Zusammenarbeit Home-office” />
    <meta name=”twitter:description” content=”Aufgabensteuerung Virtuelle Zusammenarbeit home-office. Vernetzte, digitale ………
    I never inserted twitter stuff – that seems to has been inserted by RankMath – it is not from my side.

    The issue here is not related to the meta twitter tags, rather, it is related to the schema present on the website.

    You’ve added the Software Application schema to the homepage but some of the required fields are missing. The review/rating fields are required in the Software Application schema to make the schema eligible for rich results.

    You can read more about this here:

    Please edit the page and add the missing schema values as suggested by my colleague to fix the issue.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.

    thanks for your reply. I was not aware about the consequences using a certain
    schema! Due to the excellent documentation and your advice I was able to
    solve my problem!
    Great job!

    We are super happy that your issue is resolved. If you have any other questions in the future, know that we are here to help you.

    If you don’t mind me asking, could you please leave us a review (if you haven’t already) on about your overall experience with Rank Math? We appreciate your time and patience.

    If you do have another question in the future, please feel free to create a new forum topic, and it will be our pleasure to assist you again.

    Thank you.
