Should I need to submit URL manually for instant index by google through API or it will be done by Rank math automatically after just publish the article. Please clarify so that I will act accordingly.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math.
After setting up the plugin, you need to select the post types at Instant Indexing > Settings > Check post types.
Once these settings are saved, the posts from these post types will be automatically submitted whenever the posts are published, edited, or deleted.
You can also manually submit the URLs by going to Instant Indexing > Console.
