    I looked at the Google image results and I only have 82 images with over 120 posts made. I used the site operator and my domain.

    There are images that I didn’t create, but they are previews of the game that they give me. Out of curiosity I click on this image and notice that all my images have the same alt. But they are different games. I think Rank Math is wrong in entering the correct alts.

    Or I have images but text from another game. I don’t understand what could have gone wrong.

    First off, you need to make sure that you have added an alt or title attribute to your images that matches the search intent. We have a guide for that; https://rankmath.com/blog/image-seo/

    Then, please note that we have no way of controlling the images and the information shown in search results. The Google Search algorithms select the image’s information as it believes it would benefit the users. The image optimization in our plugin will just increase the odds for Google to pick up the alt/title as set for your images but the final alt text to be used still depends on Google.
