Can you please confirm if you are using Google Analytics 4? At the moment we do not have support for GA4 as it is still not fully functional with third-party apps. Even though the GA4 is out of beta, it is relatively still a new product & there could be data discrepancies if we were to integrate them into Rank Math.
Please set up a Universal Analytics property:

Are you using Firefox by any chance?
If yes, could you please try saving the settings in some other browser like Chrome in an incognito mode, and see if that fixes the issue?

I’ve just tried it again and now it saved the GA account.
I’m using Brave which is based on Chromium.
