Let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.
1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.
If this doesn’t work then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please share your WP admin login details in the sensitive data section so we can check.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Also, I have fetched fresh data from Google by following this guide:

The Analytics data is now visible in your Rank Math Analytics dashboard.
