Rank Math doesn’t usually load any scripts, especially jQuery-dependent scripts. Can you please share access to your website AND the affected URL where you’re getting that console error? We’d love to help check it out.
Also, please note that if you are using the custom code from here, sometimes the jQuery won’t load on your site and that could cause the error: Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined. In this case, you can resolve this issue by adding the Google jQuery CDN before the script tag on the filter.

Yes, I figured it out – this error appears because the option “Frontend Stats Bar: Enable this option to show Analytics Stats on the front just after the admin bar” is enabled in the “General Settings – Analytics” section.
Please tell me – should I turn this option off or leave it on? or what is the right thing to do?

However, if disabling this option resolves your issue then please make sure you’re using the latest version of the Rank Math plugin on your website: https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/

I read your article about the option – “Frontend Stats Bar” and it says:
“When you have enabled the statistics panel, you can visit the interface of your posts and pages to check the Analytics statistics at the top of the page. But I still see the Analytics Stats Bar at the top of posts and pages – even if the “Frontend Stats Bar” option is turned off. Why?

Can you please confirm if you have disabled the Frontend Stats Bar option and it is showing? If yes, please try the following steps:
- Go to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click on the Remove transients button. This will clear Rank Math’s transient data.
- Clear your browser cache and any other caching plugins you are using on your site. This will ensure that your site is loading the latest version of your files.
- Then check if the bar is gone. If it is, good.
- If not, then please share your WordPress admin access with us in the sensitive data section. We will take a closer look and help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.
