For the Favicon issue, you will need to contact your theme provider. Rank Math doesn’t add Favicon and doesn’t have an option for one either.
About the meta description issue, I see the meta description showing correctly:

Please do note that sometimes, Google will pick some random text from your page depending on the keyword a user is using to find your website. But, rest assured that the meta description you add is correctly added to your website as can be seen in the screenshot I shared.
