1. Unfortunately, this feature is not yet available with Rank Math settings. You may need to use the filter to force the use of the default meta description.
2. Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

3. If you are using a custom canonical URL in the advanced tab of Rank Math, we do not include that URL in the sitemap because there is no purpose in having a page without a self-canonical URL in the sitemap. The main purpose of adding a custom canonical to your pages/posts is to let Google know that it is a duplicate page, and not to be indexed.
