Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
I’ve checked the page using Google’s Rich Results test tool, and it seems that the faulty product schema is being applied by one of your plugins or active theme.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), to determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
I hope that helps.
Thank you.
Hi,
Thanks for your response. I followed the above steps and tried to get the cause, but couldn’t get the issue. I have deactivated some of the plugins which are not directly required or not used.
I even re-installed wordpress 6.0 and cleared cache for the site
The issue still exists.
Kindly help in finding and resolving the issue.
best regards
Hello,
I’ve checked the affected URLs, and the issue is already fixed:
https://search.google.com/test/rich-results/result/r%2Farticles?id=UxGCEEiP24fj-_Xv6cCczA
https://search.google.com/test/rich-results/result?id=N40dddGKB_HlLop-2xgmhg
https://search.google.com/test/rich-results/result?id=o4PYzvGwg_BHwSAgxUaTag
In this case, please clear your website’s cache and revalidate the error from your Google Search Console account, then give Google some time to recrawl your site.
I hope that helps.
Thank you.
