Getting forbidden error in general settings

    Hi! I use Rank Math on a WordPress site with Oxygen Builder. I have the “WPDevDesign RankMath Integration for Oxygen”-plugin enabled.

    I’ve had two problems:
    1) If I go to the General settings of Rank Math, do some changes, and hit save, I get a Forbidden error with the message “You don’t have permission to access this resource”. The Role Manager setting seem to be fine by me.
    2) Shortly after installing Rank Math, I had two cases of my whole website taking very long time to respond. It was not a local internet issue, as other websites loaded normally. Is it normal to experience sudden slow-downs when using Rank Math?

    I have logged in to your site and I was able to replicate the problem. Is it possible that your host has some special directory/db permissions that could be affecting this issue?
    Could you please get in touch with your host and check if there is a configuration issue that is causing this?

    If they are unable to help, please share some FTP access in your next response so that we can dig deeper into the cause of this issue.
