From your screenshot, the tags you highlighted are not the same. The first one is for the search engines, the second is for the Opengraph and the last is for Twitter card.
Although we do see the duplicate meta description and these descriptions may come from another plugin or from your currently active theme:

I Need just a bit more clarity on this subject. Since all these tags are wrapped inside Rank Math’s Green section in the code, doesn’t this mean that this stuff was added by the Rank Math Plugin? When I disable the plugin they all disappear. Doesn’t this suggest that there are some settings I can disable in Rank Math (whether they are temporary disables or not)?
Thanks, it is easier to get hold of you guys that try to contact Bing on this matter but once I have the answer here I will get to work on trying to figure out why they are flagging these seemingly routine code snippets.

The description tags you noticed being added by Rank Math are the Open Graph Meta tags that help define how your website should look when shared on social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter. Adding Open Graph tags to your website lets you control how your content is displayed, including the title, description, thumbnail image, and more.
You do not need to disable them as the meta tags help social networks like Facebook to read and understand your page and display it richly on their platforms.
