  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

You can test the URLs marked as 404 and confirm if they actually lead to 404. If they are URLs you don’t wish to be accesses, you can redirect them to your homepage. You can also check out our guide on how to fix 404 errors with Rank math

Hoping this helps you. Thank you.

    Thanks for the reply.

All the 404 logs are file logs. please check in the screenshots.

And Please guide me on how to resolve these logs??

Those files are usually used to store credentials and confidential data on sites so it seems like someone is trying to scan your site to find confidential data and they are not finding it (that is why you get the 404 errors).

You should be worried about those 404 errors since they won’t affect your SEO rankings (since they are not done by Google trying to find a link); but you should worry about your site security, maybe banning that person scanning your site.

    Looking forward to help you.
