Thanks for sharing the site URL.
The sitemap returns a 404 error, it usually happens when your sitemap is getting cached and that’s why flushing the cache should fix the issue. Please follow this guide to exclude your sitemap from your caching plugin and any server-side caching: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Once done, the issue should not appear again. And please only submit your main sitemap and Google will automatically detect the sub-sitemaps.

There must be some white-spaces before the XML Sitemap’s source code.
This might be added by a blank line/space in your wp-config.php file or your theme’s functions.php file. If there is no such blank space in your wp-config.php or functions.php file, check for a plugin conflict using the Health Check plugin.
Also, make sure your cache is disabled as it is highly likely that the cache is interfering with the working of Sitemap functionality of Rank Math.

I checked the sitemap, you are not using Rank Math sitemaps.
Could you please remove this sitemap and enable Sitemaps from Rank Math, then edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
