This issue could be arising from some outdated SEO analysis data in your database. Could you please login to your database and clear the “rankmath_seo_analysis_results” option entry from your options table?
This should then fix this.

This will not be on your file system but your database. Please follow these steps:
1). Install the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-phpmyadmin-extension/
2). Follow the on-screen instructions to access your database.
3). Expand to open the options table which may have a custom prefix defined by your site developer. In the example below the prefix is set to “rm_”. Here is how this table will look like:
4). Use the search option to search for “rank_math_seo_analysis_results” from your database and delete it. If the result is not present on the first page, click on the next page. You should set the number of rows to 500 for ease of finding this entry as shown below:
