    hello,

    i would like a refund

    the credits (7500) are being used way to quickly, i really don’t like that.

    i can’t even do two articles with that, it’s been 1 hours and i already spent 2000… this is not great.

    i would kindly ask you to refund me completely.

    Please note that the 7000 credits is a monthly allocation. So, next month you will get another 7000 credits as well as the month after. You’ll keep getting the 7000 credits every month for the next 12 months, without paying any additional amount.

    Keyword research costs 500 per research, every other thing costs 1 credit per word. If 7000 credits every month for 12 months is not sufficient for your needs, you can upgrade to a larger plan.

    If you still need clarification on these, please let us know. But if you are decided and want to cancel your plan for a full refund, please let us know also and we’ll process it.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
