    Hello it seems that for a week or more we’ve having issues with new items created (eg: audio, post, etc); usually we used to have automatic title in the snippet previous. If we try to edit snippet we are brought at the begining of the page and we are not able to insert it manually. Moreover we cannot add focus keywords anymore.
    On old items (eg products) the custom title disappered and it seams we are having the same issues as above when try to modify.

    Their support replied to give them access, but we think it’s a more “general conflicts” btw yours and their plugi; so I gave him the advice to contact you. Please get in contact with him (Radu, https://codecanyon.net/item/zoomsounds-wordpress-wave-audio-player-with-playlist/6181433/comments) because he asked us more details we are not able to give.

    Hi Andrea,

    I am so sorry but we will not be able to sort this conflict right now as it is coming from your audio player plugin. Once we are done with a major update of the plugin, we will consider doing that but right now we cannot work on this.

    I would request you to contact that plugin’s author about this since the issue is coming from their end.

    Brecause as from my understanding from what was wrote from Michael Davis 10 days ago you would have done it.

    Hello, just to give you an update, while waiting for the issue with ZoomSound to be solved, we deactivated their plugin, and as you said, RankMath seems to work as before now. One question: we faound that all the Focus Keywords are not appearing as before even if it seems somenthing is present (teh score for them is 7/100…) Is there a way to recover them. We have almost 200 product x 5 keywords…we really hope we do not nedd to input 1000 them again manually. Many thanks

    For the last question, Please update to the latest Beta version by following this tutorial:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#beta-updates

    That should fix the issue for you.

    The final version will be released in a few weeks and you will see a notification in your dashboard when an update comes.
