To add an image, please use https://imgbb.com/ and use https://www.loom.com/ for screencasting or similar tools
You can also try the following steps and see if the issue is resolved:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/xXXhDt
2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server.
