As of now, the GA4 support is only available in the latest Beta update. Could you confirm if you’ve updated the plugin to the Beta? https://rankmath.com/changelog/beta/
If not, and you want to test the Beta, you can enable the Beta update by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#beta-updates
You can disable the Beta updates once you update to the latest version.
In any case, please clear the server, website, and browser’s cache and follow my colleague’s reply again and see if that helps.
